The mound is located in the west of Yumrukaya (Müdaver) hamlet of İkiyaka village in the Beşiri district of Batman province, on a rocky area where the Garzan Stream turns by making a wide meander in a deep valley. İkiyaka village is located 63 km southeast of Batman city center and 42 km southeast of Beşiri town centre.

Traces of stone foundations thought to belong to an old village settlement were found on the upper part of the mound. The boundaries of the mound area are not exactly clear. The mound is spread over an area of 41 m in north-south direction and 30 m in east-west direction. No sherds were found in the mound. Since its surroundings are used as agricultural land, it is open to human destruction.

The cultural property, which was identified as a mound in the researches carried out by Assoc. Dr. Aslı ERİM ÖZDOĞAN, has been largely destroyed due to agricultural activities today.
