Şeyh Muhammed Zilan Tomb is located in the modern cemetery area in Yeniçağlar (Zilan) village of Kozluk district of Batman province. Yeniçağlar village is located 22.65km southwest of Kozluk district, and Şeyh Muhammed Zilan Tomb is 325m southwest of Yeniçağlar village.

Şeyh Muhammed Zilan mausoleum measures 8.70x8.40 m. It has a square plan, it is chamfered at the corners and is covered with a dome. Transitions to the dome were provided with squinches. The dome is made in the form of a conical cone from the outside, seated on an octagonal drum, and there are no lighting openings in the drum. The facades of the building are animated with niches and window openings, and there are round arched keystones on the chamfers at the corners. The entrance to the tomb is through the door opening on the east side. There is a 6-line construction inscription just above the entrance of the tomb. There are 2 window openings on the south façade, 1 on the north façade, and 1 on the west façade with round arches and surrounded by iron railings. There are blind niches with small holes made to make a wish in a total of 4 round arches, 1 on the southeast, southwest, northeast and northwest sides of the tomb. As the construction material of the tomb, smooth cut stones and cas mortar were used on the outer surface. The interior shows today's craftsmanship. There are 12 wooden cist graves in the visit. The sarcophagi are covered with green fabrics decorated with Arabic inscriptions.
