The residence is located in Gürgenli village, which is located 5.50 km northwest of Sason district, Batman province.
The building, which is placed on a rocky ground, is arranged in an L-plan scheme as two floors. Cut stone, rubble stone and earth mortar were used in its construction, and the top of the building is covered with a flat roof supported by wooden beams.
The ground floor, which is used as a barn, barn or warehouse, consists of two sections with different entrances. On the upper floor, which is used as a living area, there are two rooms opening to the hall and a kitchen section. The toilet and bathroom section is located in the courtyard, which is built independently from the house.
