The residence is located on 202nd street in Kuruçeşme Neighborhood of Gercüş district of Batman province. Gercüş district is located 60km southeast of Batman city centre.

The building, which was built with the masonry construction technique on a sloping ground, was arranged in the form of rectangular, single-storey spaces placed in the eastern and western parts of the inner courtyard. In the northern and eastern parts of the building, there are two main entrance doors with round arches, opening to the narrow street and the main street, on the same plane with the façade. The section used as a living space in the building consists of an entrance hall placed in the east-west direction to the south of the inner courtyard and two main spaces. The upper cover of the rectangular planned space in the western part of the entrance hall is barrel vaulted from the inside. There is a window opening on the northern façade of the place plastered with Cas mortar. In the eastern part of the hall, there is a rectangular planned space close to the square. There are two window openings on the northern façade of the space, which is covered with flat drops of earth supported by wooden beams.

In the northern part of the courtyard, there are toilet and bathroom sections, which are used as wet areas added later to the building. It is thought that the place where the northern door opening to the main street is located was arranged as a shop for trade.

In the building, the exterior of which is kept simple, there is a crescent-star motif made with stonework on the eastern door opening to the street. Cut stone, rubble stone and cas mortar were used in the building, which lost its originality with the renovations and repairs made today.
