The residence is located in the center of Boğaz (Bagase) village, which is located 32km southeast of Batman center and 11km northwest of Gercüş district center.

The building, which was arranged on a sloping and rocky ground, on the west of a rectangular planned courtyard, stepped on the entrance floor, has a rectangular plan in the north-south direction (Picture 1-2). The ground floor of the building, which is harmoniously placed on the uneven parcel, rises on a masonry stone wall, is supported by wooden beams, and is covered with flat earth drops. The connection to the upper floor is provided by stairs with stone steps in the southeast of the building (Picture 3). The building opens to a rectangular inner courtyard with the main entrance door located on the north façade. The ground floor, located in the eastern part of the courtyard, with the entrance on the western façade, was arranged as a barn (Picture 4). The second floor, which is used as the main living area; consists of the entrance hall and two spaces placed on the north and south facades of the hall. Rectangular planned spaces with earthen flat roofs supported by wooden beams are arranged as areas where daily life activities such as bedrooms, living rooms and guest rooms are carried out. The building, which uses rubble stone and cas mortar as the main construction material, is not used today.
