The residence is located in the village of Ulaş, which is within the borders of Gercüş district of Batman province. Ulaş village is located 64km southeast of Batman city center and 18km east of Gercüş district center.

The lower floor of the building, which was built as two floors, was expanded towards the south and a platform was created in front of the upper floor entrance door. The lower floor of the building, which passes through a rectangular planned and vaulted space in the east-west direction, has a rectangular plan with an east-west extension and is vaulted. The eastern part of the space was placed on the bedrock, the space was divided into two parts by a wall in the middle, and two rectangular window openings were placed in the western part.

The upper floor of the building has a rectangular plan in east-west direction and its upper cover has been destroyed. There are large square window openings on the south and west walls of the space, which is entered through a rectangular door opening from the south. There are three niches, one of which is round arched, on the northern wall of the space.

The building, which used rubble stone and concrete mortar as construction material, is unusable today.
