The mill is located in Karaağaç (Herreyung) hamlet of Karayün (Tınget) village in Batman province Sason district. Karayün village is located 104 km northeast of Batman city center and 38 km northeast of Sason town centre.

The mill has been largely destroyed, only its walls have survived to the present day. The mill with an unknown entrance consists of a grinding place, a water tower and a water arc. The grinding area has a rectangular plan close to the square. The top cover is completely destroyed. There are two oval shaped grinding stones inside the grinding room and a rectangular window in the east.

There is a water tower, the interior of which is plastered with concrete mortar, just to the west of the grinding site. Water is carried to the water tower from a 7.60m long water arc. There is destruction in the mill, which used cut stone, rubble stone and cas mortar in its construction.
