The mill is located in the Gavur Valley, 1.5 km northwest of the Hasankeyf district center of Batman province.

The rock mill, which was built by carving into the bedrock, on the western slope of the valley, in the area where the water channel passes, consists of two rooms. The round-arched entrance retracted from the façade faces east. There is a water canal from the southwest corner of the rectangular-planned grinding space located at the entrance, and a millstone right next to the water canal. It is thought that the square planned space in the western part was used as the miller's room and the storage area for tools.
