The mill is located in the north of Ergün village in Sason district of Batman province. Ergunu village is located 73 km northeast of Batman city center and 8 km northeast of Sason town centre.

The mill consists of a grinding chamber, a water tower and a water arc. The entrance of the grinding room faces west. The grinding area has a rectangular plan. Cut stone, rubble stone and earthen mortar were used as construction materials in the grinding area, the top cover of which was completely destroyed. To the east of the grinding area is an oval-planned water tower. The inside of the water tower was plastered with concrete, and rubble stone and cas mortar were used in its construction. The water arc is largely under the ground. There is a great deal of destruction in the mill.
