The rock tomb no. 3 is located on the slope of the hill to the south of the village of Yolüstü (Kedile), which is 46 km southeast of Batman city center and 16.95 km east of Hasankeyf town centre.

The one-room rock tomb carved into the main rock at a height of 2.10 m from the ground on the south side of the rock platform has a rectangular plan close to a square. There are three klines on the east, west and north walls of the burial chamber. The front parts of rectangular shaped klines with different dimensions were damaged. In addition, there is a niche on the east wall of the burial chamber, which is thought to have been built for the purpose of putting the dead gifts. There is damage throughout the tomb.
