The residence is located in the village of Ulaş, which is within the borders of Gercüş district of Batman province. Ulaş village is located 64km southeast of Batman city center and 18km east of Gercüş district center.

The upper cover of the building, which has a two-storey arrangement, and the sections separating the floors from each other are in collapsed condition, and the building walls are intact. There is an entrance door from the north and a vaulted iwan to the east of the door.

The lower floor of the building is divided into two by a wall and the spaces are connected by a rectangular door. The upper floor consists of a rectangular space that completely covers these two spaces. The interiors of the spaces are enlivened with round arched window openings from the inside and rectangular window openings from the outside and deep niches with round arches.

Rubble stone and partially cut stone were used as construction materials, and it was seen that the walls were covered with cas plaster from place to place.
