The residence is located in Örenağıl village of Sason district of Batman province. Örenağıl village is located 87 km from Batman city center and 21 km northeast of Sason town centre.

The building, which was built in the masonry technique on a sloping ground, was arranged as three floors with a square plan. Cut stone, rubble stone and earth mortar were used in the earthen flat roof covered with wooden beams. In the building where there is no connection between floors, there is only one space on each floor. The ground floor of the house is used as a warehouse and the second and third floors are used as living spaces. Access to the spaces is provided by the entrance doors on the eastern façade of the building.
