Mill no. 2 is located in the northeast of Çukuryurt village in Gercüş district. Çukuryurt village is located 45km southeast of Batman center and 9km northeast of Gercüş district center.

Masonry rubble stone and cas mortar were used in the building, which is placed on a sloping land. Since some of the walls of the building, which was almost completely destroyed, remained at the foundation level, its plan and architectural features cannot be understood. Of the units belonging to the building, only the water tower has survived to the present day. The water tower with a circular form close to an ellipse is 1.35x1.10m in diameter, and the surviving part is 2.90m high. The groove on the upper part, which allows the water to come to the tower and the mill to work, is 0.65x0.70m in diameter.
